Job Overview:
This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and meticulous individual to join our team as a Licence Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the licensing department with general day-to-day administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
* T5 Process Management: Carry out the T5 process, creating an evidence pack to demonstrate work completed.
* Internal System Updates: Update internal systems and validate calendars for civils teams.
* Timekeeping Support: Assist with timekeeping and meeting deadlines in target-driven environments.
* Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all work is accurate, on time, and compliant with Purple Book Standards.
* Administrative Support: Provide general day-to-day admin tasks to assist the licensing department.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Background Experience: Telecoms or utilities background (ideal but not essential).
* Admin Experience: Experience in admin type roles.
* Meticulous Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
* GIS Knowledge: Experience and working knowledge of ARC-Gis.
* Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
