Join Siemens Healthineers as an experienced Bid and Quotes Executive - Ireland, and contribute to the company's mission to empower healthcare providers. The primary focus will be on facilitating the efficient preparation, management, submission, and administration of bid and quote responses, HSE Supply Chain quotes, and private organisation requests, along with post-contract award administration assistance.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Prepare, collate, dispatch, and submit all bid documents within the required timeframe and quality parameters.
* Perform Limits of Authority Administration duties for relevant bid opportunities.
* Manage customer purchase orders, inquiries, and correspondence in a timely manner.
* Support the bids team, provide cover for GB&I colleagues, and assist at internal and external conferences/workshops/meetings as required.
Key Skills and Experience:
* At least 3 years of experience with tenders, bids, and quotes.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for dealing with customers and staff at all levels.
* Excellent organisational skills for prioritising key activities and meeting tight deadlines.
* Able to work under pressure and plan/prioritise work using initiative.
* Customer focus orientation, ability to proactively deal with queries, and extensive Microsoft Office experience.
