As an HR Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our human resources department.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations across the HR function, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
* Assist in advertising job vacancies, managing applicant submissions, and coordinating interview processes.
* Support line managers with new hire induction, probation reviews, and performance evaluations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and HR systems.
* Coordinate pre-employment checks and documentation processes.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures related to HR.
* Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver employee training programs.
* Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and escalate concerns to senior management when necessary.
