About the Role
* Deliver programmes up to Level 5 qualifications, promoting learning and development.
* Liaise with industry professionals to develop courses that meet industry needs.
* Fulfill administrative and pastoral responsibilities as a class tutor.
* Develop Information and Learning Technologies resources to enhance student experience.
* Review and evaluate the quality of provision to ensure excellence.
* Support staff development in specialist areas and participate in training initiatives.
* Contribute to marketing, recruitment, induction, and other relevant events.
* Coordinate programmes of study to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
* Hold a Level 5 or above Engineering qualification within a relevant discipline.
* Have a minimum of 2 years' engineering experience in CAD/CAM: Computer Aided Manufacture (CAM) and CNC.
* Possess experience in programming using Master CAM and Fanuc controls.
* Hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade A-C or equivalent.
* Demonstrate high competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exhibit excellent team-working skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
* Showcase strong written and oral communication skills.
