As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide a warm welcome to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
* Work closely with the Front Office Team to ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of quality and service.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel would be an advantage.
* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent English language skills are essential.
