Senior Manager, External Manufacturing Finance

Responsibilities
Lead the External manufacturing finance team responsible for Inventory
Prepare and review the ExM Budget and Projections
Handle month‑end reporting and commentary, variance, and trend analysis
Oversee and facilitate product costing across several EXM Plants
Serve as finance representative for Business Unit & key Virtual Plant Team, providing strategic support
Act as finance business partner to Inventory Control
Manage tolling reconciliations – including preparation, alignment or review/sign‑off
Ensure SOX control compliance where applicable
Provide support for acquisitions and divestitures
Facilitate and support internal/External Audits as required
Competencies & Requirements
Experienced qualified accountant with comprehensive knowledge of costing and financial analysis, accounting principles, and internal controls; ACA, ACMA, ACCA, CPA with 5‑7 years of experience
Strong Excel skills are essential and knowledge of SAP ERP desirable; develop strong, effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives
Build and maintain a network of key individuals necessary for obtaining and disseminating information critical to the operation of the External Manufacturing Business Unit
Identify process improvement opportunities across External Manufacturing Finance and leverage AI‑enabled solutions to drive effective, compliant change
Work with and manage cross‑functional teams in a complex, changing environment to deliver value‑added results from an overall corporate perspective
Exhibit strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in the execution of job responsibilities
