Elusav Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for aDigital Transformation Lead with a leading European engineering contractor based in Dublin. As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation, management & standardisation of all digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve project management and drive innovation within the group. Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation goals to align with company objectives. Identify opportunities for digital innovation in construction processes including such phases as Design, Plan, Build & Operate and other relevant areas. Evaluate and select appropriate digital tools, software, and platforms for construction projects. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to justify technology investments. Lead the planning and execution of BIM360 / ACC implementation across all projects. Development of training content and the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Managing relationships with software providers, advocate on behalf of the company for resolution of software issues and limitations. Including troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to identify root cause. Configure BIM360 / ACC modules to align with project requirements and standards. Integrate BIM360 / ACC with other software and tools used in the organisation's workflow. Facilitate collaboration among project stakeholders by configuring and managing project hubs. Assist project teams in setting up and managing all day to day activities such as the Common Data Environment, ISO19650, BIM, Commissioning & QA/QC workflows. Monitor and troubleshoot any collaboration issues or conflicts. Develop and deliver training programs and materials for team members on BIM360 / ACC usage. Provide ongoing technical support to address user queries and issues. Stay updated on all new BIM360 / ACC features and communicate their benefits to the group. Customise BIM360 / ACC dashboards and reports to meet project-specific requirements. Collaborate with IT and software development teams to integrate BIM360 / ACC with other systems. Establish and enforce best practices and standards for BIM360 / ACC usage. Keep abreast of industry standards and emerging trends in BIM technology. Collect user feedback and suggestions for BIM360 / ACC improvements. Work with Autodesk customer success manager and development teams to advocate for enhancements or issue resolutions. Requirements: Bachelors degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Construction experience is essential. Proven experience in Autodesk BIM360 / ACC implementation and management. Strong understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) principles. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with stakeholders. Project management skills are essential.
