We are excited to share that we are hiring for a newly created role within our Operations Team! We are currently on the lookout for a Team Trainer to join our Personal Lines team. In this newly created role, you will design, evaluate, and deliver comprehensive training programs for the Personal Lines department, ensuring new and existing teammates are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform effectively in their role. You will act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality standards across Personal Lines. The role focuses on role-based training, onboarding, systems training and on best practices for Personal Lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development
* Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for the Personal Lines department.
* Lead and facilitate training initiatives across the Personal Lines team in all locations.
* Conduct classroom-based and systems (Applied Relay) training sessions on a continual basis and as required by the Team Leaders.
* Identify individual training gaps and establish personalised training goals.
Enhancing Teammate Performance
* Monitor performance against agreed quality assurance targets and ensure that training gaps are closed through one-to-one coaching sessions or group training.
* Enhance teammate competence and confidence in operating as a Personal Lines handler.
* Provide feedback to teammates and Team Leaders post-training.
Quality Assurance
* Enhance & improve the existing quality assurance program to include regular auditing of customer files, documentation and telephone calls, email, and in-person counter communications.
* Assess and determine Personal Lines quality & customer service standards and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal requirements, Central Bank codes and Brown & Brown Ireland business ethics.
Reporting & Analysis
* Create and oversee reporting and analysis on internal audit findings and individual teammate performance against quality assurance targets.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
* 5 + years’ experience working in private client or personal lines broking OR relevant insurance experience.
* Expert Applied Relay user.
* Grandfathered, APA (Personal Lines) or CIP qualified.
* Previous experience in a team leader / quality assurance / training or coaching role.
* Experience in designing, creating, and delivering training to teams.
* Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Passionate about training and further development of employees.
* Exhibits a high level of emotional intelligence, including patience, empathy, and calm under pressure.
* Clear and comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and legal environment.
