Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our partner to provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Manage client accounts, including bookkeeping, registrations, and certificates of title.
* Prepare contracts and reply to requisitions.
* Organize files to a high standard and maintain accurate records.
* Provide administrative support to the partner, including scanning, photocopying, and file management.
* Assist with day-to-day running of the practice, including opening and closing files.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
