About the TeamHiredScore is the newest addition to the Workday family and a leading provider of Talent Orchestration technology. Seamlessly integrated with Workday, HiredScore streamlines processes, reduces administrative tasks, and delivers timely insights that enhance decision‑making.About the RoleThe Technical Implementation Manager is the main contact point for the customer during the pre‑launch period and will be responsible for overall project implementation while ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and project metrics are met.Key responsibilities include:Serve as HiredScore's solution consultant, bridging between the development team, product team, and client during the project implementation period.Create and lead day‑to‑day project plans; supervise and review progress and timelines and adjust as needed.Identify, track, and resolve issues to ensure meeting commitments and project success.Track and communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and actions to internal and external collaborators.Demonstrate strong project leadership skills and analytical competence to overcome challenges and drive project success.Understand customer needs and challenges, offering valuable and viable solutions to meet their requirements.Configure HiredScore's product in client environment as per Statement of Work and project implementation plan.Maintain relationships through communication with U.S. based clients and all collaborators to guarantee satisfaction with the project's delivery.Communicate to the client any maintenance needs of the new implementation for a defined period post‑launch.Maintain detailed documentation of key tasks, achievements, and client interactions for comprehensive project monitoring and review.Work with client success teams and support to transition the account from the implementation phase to the launch, training, and adoption phase, ensuring a smooth handover.Identify opportunities for further business and product development or potential risks that could impede or slow progress of implementation, and notify key collaborators when needed.About YouBasic QualificationsAt least 4+ years of experience in a Technical or Project Implementation Management role with hands‑on configuration experience.At least 3 years of experience technical configuration of using XML or YML files or Self Service tools.At least 2 years of experience implementing SaaS and working on large scale software delivery projects.At least 2 years of experience working with external client‑facing enterprise products.Previous experience working with configuration tools and able to fulfil technical tasks.Other QualificationsWorked with SQL/NoSQL databases.Demonstrated ability to handle day‑to‑day work challenges; adjust to shifting priorities, identify and take on technical and operational issues during implementation.Strong analytical skills, detailed understanding and capability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.Comfortable in a fast‑paced process‑focused environment, adept at problem‑solving.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software delivery lifecycle.Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday, and Documentation repository.Workday Pay Transparency Statement (For EU Locations Only)Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position.Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need.As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role‑specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.Primary Location Base Pay Range: €56,300EUR - €84,500EUR (Ireland)Our Approach to Flexible WorkCombining the best of in‑person time and remote work.Teams spend at least 50% of their time each quarter in the office or with customers, prospects, partners depending on role.Remote roles have the flexibility to create a schedule that caters to business, team, and personal needs while ensuring intentional time together.Equal Opportunity StatementWorkday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.
