Administrative Operations Manager Job Description:
This role involves overseeing a wide range of administrative tasks and providing high-level support to management and staff.
* Financial Management: Utilize accounting software for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping and reporting. Manage invoicing, expense tracking, and bill payments. Prepare regular VAT returns and bank reconciliations. Maintain debtor accounts and track project hours weekly.
* Project Coordination: Set up new projects in the company database and maintain organised records. Collect and prepare documentation for tender submissions.
* General Office Support: Respond to calls, manage emails, and liaise with clients and suppliers. Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed. Arrange transport and accommodation bookings. Create and update databases, records, and company policies. Provide administrative support to the management team as directed. Assist with ISO management and audits. Develop presentations and update social media content when required. Organise staff training and update CPD logs. Coordinate company events.
