We support clients across multiple currencies and serve customers in Europe, the UK, Canada, Australia, and Asia-Pacific.The RoleThis is an entry-level HR role designed for someone at the beginning of their HR career who is hungry to learn, highly organised, and comfortable working with data and processes.You will work closely with a senior HR leader and take ownership of the day-to-day operational backbone of HR, gaining broad exposure across people operations, systems, payroll, benefits, and compliance. This role is intentionally hands-on and will suit someone who wants to truly understand how HR works in practice.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage the HR information system (HRIS), including employee records, contracts, changes, and documentationCoordinate recruitment logistics: interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer documentationGenerate employment contracts and support onboarding across multiple jurisdictionsSupport payroll and benefits administration across several countries, liaising with external providersTrack and administer mandatory training and compliance requirementsSupport performance and objective-setting processes (templates, communications, tracking)Prepare monthly HR reports and management information, including:Headcount and organisational chartsAttrition and absence dataCost and compensation snapshotsAct as a reliable point of contact for HR operations queries, ensuring accuracy and follow-throughWhat We're Looking ForA Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related fieldSome prior work experience in an office environment (HR, operations, administration, payroll, or similar)Strong numerical and analytical skills; high comfort with Excel and data is essentialOrganised, detail-oriented, and reliable, someone who takes pride in getting things rightCurious, resilient, and eager to learn how HR works in the real worldProfessional maturity and practical judgement; this role is not suited to someone seeking a purely "people-focused" HR profileCompensation & LocationSalary starting at €40,000, with progression as capability growsBased in Dublin (hybrid, with regular office presence expected)
