Job Description & Requirements
Preparation of tender submission.
Taking off quantities and measurement.
Requesting for quotations/proposals.
Assist to prepare early stage budgets and detailed cost plans.
Assist in procurement and negotiation of price with suppliers and sub-contractors.
Site visits, assessments and projection for on-going projects and future work.
Assess and submit monthly progress claim, and recommend subcontractor's monthly progress payment.
Work independently.
Job Requirements:
Diploma In Civil Engineering
Qualification or experience for Civil Engineering, External Work
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Good working attitude and willing to learn
Knowledge in AutoCAD
