Job Description
The role of a Social Media Content Analyst is to investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support and abusive content, via our ticketing system. This involves enforcing community guidelines by addressing reports of abuse on the platform.
This position requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills. The successful candidate will have in-depth cultural understanding and awareness of current affairs in the region, as well as fluency in Latvian (C1/C2) and English (C1). A valid Stamp 4, 1G, or EU passport is also required.
The ideal candidate will be able to stay updated on clients' products and community standards, use regional insights to provide scalable solutions and support the online community, and analyse data to continuously enhance user experience. Additionally, they will be able to spot trends and escalate critical issues to the global team, and identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
This role may involve reviewing sensitive content, and working from our office in Sandyford - D18 - is essential.
