You'll manage queries, resolve order issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that keep our clients happy and our process efficient.This is full-time, permanent position. You'll be workingMonday to Friday, covering the hours of09:00till17:30. Flexibility will be required, this is logistics after allPay, benefits and more:We're looking to offer a salary up to€35,817.60per annum, in line with qualifications and experience and 20 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).What you'll do on a typical day:Analyse customer service queries, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights to managementDevelop initiatives to educate operations teams on resolving issues effectivelyOwn and manage digital screen content across the site, ensuring clarity and relevanceCollaborate with the CI Manager to produce reports on site improvements (e.g., stock movement, heat maps)Take full responsibility for communication tools on-site, fostering two-way engagementManage the returns process, liaising with customers on refunds and replacementsWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Previous experience within a customer experience roleStrong WMS capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communications skillsExperience in reporting and data analysisCustomer-focused mindsetWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
