Your team on shift is your number one focus and ensuring the operation runs as smoothly as possible
Supervisor:
* Supervise staff providing direction, feedback, training and coaching
* Support the Manager and give direction to staff when the manager is absent
* Ensure food is top quality and ensure food safety is adhered to
* Have a proactive approach to Health & Safety and ensure adherence to procedures.
Customer Service:
· Meet and greet customers to OFGSC standards
· Take customer orders and fulfil customer orders.
· Cook food and serve customers
· Hands on approach to work with attention to detail
· Operating the till and balance cash at end of day as needed
· Make sure all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard
Menu:
· Knowing the menu
· Knowing the specials
· Understanding the timing for cooking food
· HACCP management
Stock Control:
· To monitor and control stock levels
· That stock rotation is followed
· All deliveries to be checked and singed by Supervisor /Manager on shift
S.O.P's:
· To check and maintain all standards in relation to SOP's
· Accurately completes all paperwork and fully complies with all HACCP, Health & Safety, Quality and other Company Policies & Procedures
· To maintain and carry out all required Health & Safety procedures set out by the company
· Ensure that good housekeeping is maintained across all areas
Take in Deliveries from Wilton & Musgraves etc. and stock shelves/fridges
General
· Maintaining uniform/presentation standards set out by O'Flynn Gourmet Sausage Company
· Punctual and ready for work at start of day and after breaks
· Flexible to work overtime when needed
· Positive and Professional interaction with customers. suppliers & staff
· Excellent attendance with minimum time away from work
· Productive Team Player -approachable and connects well with others
· Brings a positive, proactive approach to work and is willing to learn new functions
· Looking to develop their career in the hospitality sector
