Home to 209 guest bedrooms, 8 Meeting rooms, The Spencer Cocktail Bar & East Restaurant. We are now looking to recruit experienced Stores Assistant to join our dynamic team in The Spencer Hotel. Overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Dublins financial district, the hotel is located within 10 minutes walk from OConnell Street, with easy access to Connolly & Dublin Docklands Dart & commuter train stations. The Luas and Dublin Bus services are also within minutes walk from the Hotel.Some Of The Responsibilities Will IncludeReceive all deliveries, and ensure delivered to the right areas and stored correctlyCommunicate effectively with the hotel management team in relation to deliveries and proceduresManage invoices and PO's in line with hotel proceduresWill issue weekly Procure Wizard food and beverage flash reportsAssist with stock orientated reporting/analysisAssist with F&B stocktakes if needed and on weekends if required from time to timeKeep delivery areas cleanKeep all beverage storerooms cleanData analysis and administrative support to support procurement manager / purchasing projectsDocument supplier metrics, pricing analysis, monthly/quarterly reporting of KPIs, savings reporting)Provide analytical support to accounting teamProvide periodic and Ad Hoc reports to managementThe Ideal Candidate WillHave had previous procurement and deliveries experience in a busy and diverse environmentHave a proven ability to self manage and work efficientlyHave a willingness to learn and develop their career furtherExcellent communication and organisational skillsMust be eligible to work full time in Ireland, visa status will be verified before interview process.Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially excelPrevious experience with procurement software is desirable.In Return We Will OfferBike to Work & Tax Saver TravelTraining & DevelopmentExcellent career progression opportunitiesMeals provided while on dutySkillsOrganisation communication Procurement Flexible MS OfficeBenefitsservice supervisor earlymornings
