Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC technician to support our production operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on machining experience and proficiency in 2D/3D CAD, particularly AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and validate CNC part programs for lathes and mills.
* Adjust G Code to meet drawing specifications.
* Provide technical support with tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
* Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective actions.
* Train operators and line leads on process changes.
* Prepare Bills of Materials, routings, and AutoCAD drawings.
* Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
Requirements:
* 2–5 years' experience in a CNC/machine shop environment.
* Strong hands-on CNC machining experience (lathes or mills).
* Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD, ideally AutoCAD.
* Understanding of engineering standards and manufacturing methods.
* MS Office skills, especially Excel.
