We are looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager at Q4 Public Relations at the moment, due to continued growth.

The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 10 years in a communications role.
* Excellent writing and storytelling ability and experience.
* Strong work ethic, time management skills and attention to detail.
* Proven understanding of the Irish media landscape and ability to develop, pitch and land stories effectively.
* An understanding of and interest in the Irish political and policy-making environment.
* An ability to work successfully as part of a dynamic team and independently.
* Experience in corporate communication and /or communication in the public sector.
* Commitment to delivering a positive client experience at all times.
* Creativity – we regularly work with designers, photographers and videographers so visual skills are an asset.
* Proven track record of being able to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical ability in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word and media monitoring software.
* Experience of working across a broad range of communications channels including digital media.
* Agency experience is an advantage.
The role will include:
* Planning and implementation of integrated communication and public affairs campaigns.
* Strategic planning and partnering with clients to optimise public relations opportunities and to tackle challenges in a manner that delivers impact and results.
* Working with important public and private sector clients from a broad range of sectors.
* Engaging with key external and internal stakeholders on individual projects and ensuring a coordinated approach to all comms activity.
* Drafting supporting documents and resources for public consumption including press releases and social media content.
* Maintaining a strong awareness of political and other external developments that are relevant to clients.
* Reporting to a Director/ Partner on the progress achieved in the implementation of respective communication campaigns.
