Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete tasks that are assigned to you in a professional and competent manner in the time allocated.
2. Plan, prepare and finalise accounts and tax assignments for various companies and sole traders/partnerships.
3. Plan, prepare and finalise audits for a range of clients across all sectors.
4. Train and supervise trainees in the team.
5. Attend in-house training on audit and taxation to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.
Requirements:
1. Qualification in CPA/ACA/ACCA + 2 years post qualification experience.
2. Excellent technical knowledge in Audit and Irish GAAP.
3. Excellent knowledge in the preparation of Financial Statements.
4. Excellent knowledge of Income Tax and Corporation Tax.
5. Ability to work on own initiative and bring the accounts file to final stage of completion.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. IT skills, knowledge of online accounting packages, as well as the standard Microsoft Office.
