As a VAT Senior Manager, you'll lead and deliver multiple client engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll bring strong commercial insight and innovative thinking to create real value for both clients and the firm. You'll also play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while coaching and leading your team to deliver results in a responsible, authentic, and impactful way.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with 8+ years experience in VAT technical consulting and advisory, alongside a strong academic background. AITI/CTA qualification (or equivalent) is required. You'll bring strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse market trends and use insights to inform smart, innovative business decisions. An enthusiastic team player, you'll have excellent relationship management skills and the ability to adapt your approach to build strong, diverse relationships.
