Flight Planning Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Flight Planner to join our Operations Control Centre in Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flight planning activities.
The ideal candidate will have a high degree of flexibility and be able to work effectively under pressure. You will possess excellent problem-solving and logistical skills, with good interpersonal skills and a strong outgoing personality. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Netline would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement solutions for day-to-day Flight Planning problems
- Assist Flight Operations with cost-effective solutions to Flight Planning disruptions/delays
- Compile reports as required
- Monitor ATC messages and react accordingly
- Prepare Flight planning paperwork for crews
- Update Aircraft Performance Data
Requirements:
- Ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
- Good problem-solving and logistical skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong outgoing personality
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Netline would be an advantage)
