Accommodation Department Lead
Hotel Housekeeping Manager leads the Accommodation Department in providing exceptional guest experiences.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the department.
* Managing staff to ensure effective communication, teamwork, and customer care.
* Monitoring purchasing and stock control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
* Ensuring compliance with human resources procedures and developing them as needed.
* Providing support to other hotel areas when required.
The successful candidate will have at least one year's experience in a similar role, with strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and good communication skills.
