Mechanical Systems Turnover Specialist
In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution and completion of mechanical systems across various projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in transitioning from construction to operational readiness, encompassing thorough inspections, documentation, and compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed inspections and assessments of mechanical systems to verify compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
2. Oversee the compilation and review of turnover documentation, including as-built drawings, equipment manuals, inspection reports, and compliance certifications.
3. Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and operations teams to facilitate smooth communication and coordination regarding mechanical systems.
4. Participate in testing and commissioning activities to ensure that all mechanical systems are operationally ready and meet performance criteria.
5. Evaluate mechanical systems for regulatory compliance and industry standards, conducting audits as necessary to uphold safety and quality benchmarks.
Requirements:
