Responsibilities:
* Manage daily site operations and overall project delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
* Lead D-Carb retrofit and energy efficiency projects within live school and commercial environments, promoting sustainable development.
* Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet programme and quality targets, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress, reporting regularly to senior management to ensure informed decision-making.
* Evaluate compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
* Conduct site meetings, inspections, and performance reviews to facilitate open communication and continuous improvement.
* Identify and resolve project risks, issues, or delays proactively, applying problem-solving skills to mitigate potential consequences.
