Project Coordinator
Deliver high-quality projects across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and commercial builds. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Develop and manage project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
* Collaborate closely with clients, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and collaborative working relationships throughout the build process.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing programme, budget, quality, and safety across all phases of the build.
2. Overseeing site-based activities, promoting a strong culture of safety, wellbeing, and compliance at every level.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with 7+ years of experience in a project management position within the construction sector. Proven track records in delivering complex commercial or industrial builds are also essential. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills are required to excel in this dynamic environment.
