Principle has partnered with a well-established Global organisation for a Head of Demand Management.
This is a key leadership appointment within a complex, multi-category supply chain that is undergoing a significant transformation programme.
The successful candidate will lead the evolution of planning and forecasting across the business-bringing fresh thinking, digital capability, and strategic alignment to an enterprise-scale operation.

What we're looking for:
* Senior leadership experience in demand planning, forecasting and S&OP in a complex supply chain environment-across FMCG, biotech, manufacturing or other high-volume sectors.
* A track record of driving transformation through digital tools, structural change or process maturity.
* Commercial fluency, strategic mindset and the ability to influence cross-functional leadership.
* A calm, credible and grounded leadership style with a focus on people, performance and progress.
