Bid Coordinator– Dublin

We are recruiting for the role of Bid Coordinator in our Head Office in Rathmines, Dublin.

This post would be suitable for candidates with a strong administrative background who are seeking to further their career.

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating the production of comprehensive bids/proposals to existing or prospective clients within a prescribed timescale. Working with the Directors, the role involves leading all day-to-day aspects of an individual bid. The successful candidate will be involved in every aspect of the submission and have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable managing multiple projects at once. They will work closely with a core team while bringing in subject matter experts when required.

Duties


* Review all incoming public and private tender requests in line with the business strategy
* Analyse all specifications; identify requirements, request clarifications or coordinate site visits if necessary
* Monitoring of subscribed websites for requests for submission of tenders and circulating to Business Managers/Directors
* Co-ordinating and compiling all submission material in support of tender submissions
* Efficient communication with external bid teams
* Ensuring bid prep team are aware of internal finalisation dates and advise team so a timely submission can be managed
* Maintain bid development materials database
* Production of marketing collateral such as completed project profiles
* Production of internal and external newsletters
* Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
* Ad hoc duties as required

Finally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for the role. The successful candidate should be able to use a variety of communication styles, language and media appropriate to the team and to other stakeholders, including regular sales and marketing communications.
