Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded individual to lead the Front of House (FOH) team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while optimizing revenue generation. The successful candidate will have at least two years' experience in managing a FOH team at a quality hotel property.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the FOH team, comprising Reception, Accommodation, and Porters, in providing superior service and ensuring seamless operational execution.
* Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize room sales and occupancy rates.
* Maintain strong relationships with event planners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
* Foster a culture of excellent customer service, employee engagement, and continuous improvement within the FOH team.
Requirements:
* At least two years' experience as a senior Front Office/FOH Manager in a quality hotel setting.
* Proven track record of success in revenue management, team leadership, and customer service.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in hotel operations software, such as Hotsoft/Open Table/Booking.com.
