The Electrical Package Manager role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration between design teams and MEP subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all phases of electrical services project delivery
* Pre-construction and planning
* Construction Testing and commissioning Coordinate design team information in line with project timelines Ensure implementation of MEP deliverables on the project Inspect installation works against approved quality plans Monitor programmes reviewing installation progress Work collaboratively with various stakeholders Specific Requirements Relevant third-level degree 6+ years' experience preferably main contractor Previous construction or civil engineering projects preferred (e.g. residential pharmaceutical data centres) Chartered working towards chartership Excellent interpersonal communication skills Strong IT skills
