Work with a broad mix of interesting commercial clients What You'll Be Doing * Managing and retaining your own portfolio of commercial clients * Handling renewals, MTAs, and new business with professionalism and accuracy * Providing expert advice across Property, Liability, Fleet, PI and more * Negotiating competitive terms with insurer partners * Spotting opportunities to cross-sell, up-sell and win new business * Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance at all times * Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless client experience * Contributing to the continued success and growth of the commercial team What We're Looking For * 3-5+ years' experience in commercial insurance (brokerage preferred) * Strong technical knowledge of commercial products and insurer markets * Excellent communication, negotiation and client-relationship skills * APA Commercial or CIP essential; progress toward ACII an advantage * Experience with Applied / Relay / Open GI beneficial * A motivated, professional and commercially focused mindset What's on Offer * Competitive salary + performance bonus * Hybrid work model (after probation) * Ongoing training, exam support & paid CPD * Friendly, collaborative, and supportive team culture * Real opportunities to grow your career in a respected Irish brokerage Skills: Commercial Insurance Communication Organised Product Knowledge Business Development Team Player
