Job Overview:
The Regional Business Development Leader will lead proactive sales and commercial strategies across a regional cluster of stadia, driving attendance growth, revenue growth, and community engagement in line with the GRI Strategic Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales and business development plan aligned to the GRI Strategic Plan and annual commercial objectives.
* Lead targeted sales campaigns across key customer segments: Corporate Clients, Fundraising, Showcase Events, Community & Social Groups.
* Promote local accountability for attendance growth and customer satisfaction across assigned stadia.
* Work closely with the marketing team to implement integrated campaigns, leveraging GRI's unique entertainment and community value proposition.
* Build and sustain strong relationships with community groups, sponsors, local businesses, and community bodies to embed GRI stadia as vital parts of the community.

About This Role:
This is a senior commercial position within the organisation, reporting directly to the Group Stadium and Commercial Director. The role will be responsible for leading proactive sales and business development initiatives across a regional cluster of stadia, acting as a key commercial ambassador for the organisation.
