They are looking for senior design engineering professionals on the mechanical and electrical side to work on data centre/industrial projects.About Your New JobAs a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be a key member of the projects team, responsible for delivering mechanical design solutions for complex industrial projects, with the majority of them being on data centres.Lead and support team members, helping them manage workloads and work efficiently.Use in-depth technical knowledge to make sound decisions and solve problems quickly.Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed expectations.Stay on top of contract requirements to keep projects on track and prevent delays.Assign tasks to maximise value, keep projects moving, and maintain team motivation.What Skills You NeedAt least 5 years of experience in a mechanical design role, ideally with a solid background in data centre projects.Strong technical skills in mechanical services: HVAC systems, chilled water / hot water, air-handling units, pumps, ductwork, etc.Proficiency with relevant design tools (e.g. CAD software such as Revit, AutoCAD, etc.), loads & performance calculations, mechanical specifications.Good understanding of compliance, performance, standards, and health & safety requirements.Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and manage design deliverables to tight schedules.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
