We are seeking an experienced Lean Practitioner to drive continuous improvement across our operations.



Key Responsibilities:


* Lead Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projects to eliminate waste and streamline processes using Lean principles.
* Cultivate problem-solving skills in teams by coaching and training them in Lean practices.
* Partner with operations teams to sustain improvements through visual management and KPIs.



What You Will Need


1. A degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or Operations Management (or relevant experience).
2. Strong manufacturing background with proven experience in implementing Lean methodologies.
