Join a growing manufacturing team where quality, safety, and attention to detail are valued.This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial paint experience who wants to work in a professional, well-organised environment with real opportunities to progress.Key ResponsibilitiesApplying wet paint finishes to manufactured components.Operating spray guns and painting equipment to achieve required coating thickness and finish.Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.Inspecting surfaces before and after painting to ensure high quality standards.Mixing paints and coatings to specified ratios and maintaining accurate records.Identifying and correcting paint defects where possible.Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment.Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area.Following all health, safety, and PPE requirements.Please note the above duties and responsibilities are not intended to be an exhaustive list.
