To support continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to manage the Munster territory.
The Role
This is a field-based role, where the successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing and growing business with existing B2B customers across the homeware, hardware, and DIY retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow business across a defined Munster territory.
* Visit and support a portfolio of independent B2B retail customers.
* Provide top-tier customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
* Accurately manage sales processes and update CRM systems.
* Handle administrative tasks and journey planning efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or account management.
* Demonstrated success in direct B2B sales, with excellent relationship-building skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong general IT abilities.
* Self-motivated, energetic, and a creative problem-solver.
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
* Team player with a positive, flexible attitude.
* Holds a full, clean driving license.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized.
