Job Summary
This role involves supporting a team of legal professionals in a top-tier law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, client communication, and data management.
The Role
* Drafting and preparing correspondence and documentation to a high standard.
* Clients invoicing and tailoring reports to meet their specifications.
* Maintaining and archiving files, both physical and digital.
* Organising travel arrangements and diary management.
* Assisting with secretarial and administrative tasks as needed.
* Inputting and reporting on business development data.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to the Partners and fee earners in the Corporate Department.
* Client Communication: Drafting and sending correspondence to clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
* Data Management: Managing client data, including business development information and interactions.
Requirements
* Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Skillset: Strong MS Office skills, good typing speed, and excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Technical Skills: Experience working with document management and billing systems, as well as digital dictation systems.
