Business Project Manager (Supply Chain)
across multiple domains to lead high-impact programs within a world-class manufacturing and supply chain organization. You'll play a critical role in scaling operations and achieving commercial readiness at our
Athenry facility
, contributing directly to product innovation, process excellence, and global supply chain effectiveness.

What You'll Do
As a
Business Project Manager
, you will:
* Lead cross-functional operations projects
from inception through commercialization.
* Drive
commercial readiness
initiatives including equipment/moulds/automation qualification and technology transfer.
* Manage
production scale-up
efforts including change orders, COP closure, and FDA filing support.
* Coordinate with
engineering, automation, software, quality, EHS, regulatory, finance, IT, and procurement
teams.
* Partner with
suppliers and external manufacturers
to ensure seamless delivery and execution.
* Develop and maintain
project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
.
* Ensure compliance with
FDA, ISO13485, EU MDR, and GMP
standards.
* Communicate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders on
project plans, risks, and outcomes
.
* Manage and prioritize
project features and backlogs
, confirming MVPs and acceptance criteria.
* Collaborate closely with
IT, InfoSec, Validation, and Privacy teams
to meet technical and regulatory requirements.
* Lead effective
Hypercare
and post-deployment support, ensuring all issues and defects are tracked and resolved.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Supply Chain, Business
, or related field (
Master's preferred
).
* 12+ years
experience in project/program management within
manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain
.
* Industry experience in
medical devices, pharma, or high-tech
preferred.
* Proven success managing
complex, technical, and cross-functional projects
.
* Knowledge of
automation, equipment qualification, and manufacturing transfers
.
* Strong understanding of
change control, product development, and design control
.
* Familiar with
ERP/MES/WMS systems
(e.g., SAP, Oracle) and operational excellence frameworks.
* Deep knowledge of
global manufacturing and supply chain processes
.
* Strong leadership,
stakeholder management
, and communication skills.
* Experience with
regulatory environments
(FDA, ISO13485, EU MDR).
