We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant/Financial Accountant to support our Finance team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable, paying invoices, reconciling bank accounts, credit management, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation of invoices

* Reconcile bank accounts and prepare statements for management review

* Provide credit management support, including reporting on payments and queries

* Prepare and submit financial reports, including month-end and year-end closings

* Update databases with relevant information and generate internal reports as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent accounting skills, a strong numerical background, and experience with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Excel formulas. A working knowledge of the Sage 50 accounting package is also essential.
