EU Healthcare Assistants Nursing Homes Ireland
Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client who is a leading nursing home provider with nursing homes across Ireland is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants who hold an EU passport (50/50 rule) for full-time positions across their nursing homes in South Dublin, Louth and Cork County.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. You’ll work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care and promote independence.
Requirements
* QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent) – minimum of 2 modules completed
* Previous experience in a care setting preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, patient, and reliable
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* EU Passport in line with 50/50 rule.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily personal care including bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Support residents with mobility and mealtime assistance
* Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Promote a safe and clean environment
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Competitive hourly rates - €14.50 -€16.00 -per hour depending on experience
