We are hiring for a highly strategic, commercially focussed Operations Manager to join a hugely successful Irish Company as they develop and grow.
This is a brand-new role within the organisation and gives you the chance to really make the role your own while working in collaboration with the MD.
The position of Operations Manager will work closely with Finance, Sales, Service & Compliance, understanding the importance of working together in a strategic capacity to succeed in delivering company objectives.
The projects that this company work on are large scale and can be complex in terms of engineering and technical input. It is essential that you have previous experience dealing with project management from initial bid stage through to completion – including managing all compliance (ISO), H&S and adhering to the industry standards.
You must be experienced in managing budgets, working on pricing with clients and establishing KPI’s internally to ensure goals are met.
Relationship building & management is key in this role, developing a culture of safety and high performance.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working as an Operations Manager in a project focused role, along with a relevant Business or Engineering degree.
