A seasoned and motivated individual is sought to lead, motivate and support the team during the evening shift. Key responsibilities include:
* Organising tasks and allocating workloads to ensure all cleaning schedules are completed on time.
* Monitoring hygiene standards across production areas, ensuring compliance with food safety and relevant regulations.
* Providing guidance and training to team members as needed.
* Maintaining accurate records and updating documentation using PC-based systems.
* Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure smooth handovers.
