We seek a skilled Data Analyst capable of interpreting and analysing data to derive meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making and enhance operational efficiencies.Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us.Here Is What You Can Initially ExpectHelp design, implement and embed strong data management and reporting standardsTransform data into meaningful information and actionable insights through the development of comprehensive reporting solutionsUse a variety of tools and query methods to analyse data and identify opportunities and solutions, and present up-to-date and insightful analytical findings and recommendations reports to management, aiding in strategic decision-makingCollaborate with team members to integrate new applications and design functionalities that optimize data usage for performance improvementUtilise applications such as SAP, Power BI, Business Objects, Web Intelligence, and Tableau and other internal business applications for data analysis and reportingSkills Required For This Role IncludeIndependent and experienced individual, with the ability to work autonomously and deliver best practice solutionsAbility to produce high level reporting analytics and visualisation of complex data setsAdhere to data governance modelsHave demonstrated problem-solving skillsHave excellent communication and project management skills, to ensure deadlines are completed, both on time and to the highest qualityStrong multitasking and prioritisation skillsCapability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines while maintaining highest quality and attention to detailBe capable and confident in understanding and addressing complex system landscapesPositive can-do attitude and ability to grasp quickly new business environmentsUnderstanding of professional services environmentAdhere to KPMG security policies, processes and proceduresActively share, use and communicate expert knowledge in order to develop othersQualifications & ExperienceHigher Diploma in Data Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and reportingGood understanding of database structures and data architectureExpertise in the manipulation, integration, processing, and interrogation of large datasetsExcellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointExpertise in data visualisation platforms, particularly Power BI, TableauExperience in professional services industry is a strong advantageYour TeamYou will be joining our team which services the growing needs of the Audit function in delivering high quality data driven solutions, designing functionality and reporting packages to further enhance the firm's ability to leverage data for performance optimisation.Here's how KPMG can benefit more than just your career:BenefitsAll of our employees are given a benefits package which they can tailor to suit their individual preferences.
