Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the commercial success of our projects. Your primary responsibilities will include managing contracts, assessing and negotiating variations, supporting project financial performance, and guaranteeing compliance with contractual obligations.
* Provide expert advice on contractual matters at both project and organisational levels.
* Manage and process contractual claims while maintaining thorough associated records.
* Identify opportunities to maximise project revenue and reduce costs by investigating potential financial losses.
* Support project cash flow management to ensure timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to effectively manage subcontractors and suppliers in high-volume site environments. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to represent the company confidently in meetings with clients and consultants.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in large-scale construction projects. A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field is essential. The successful candidate will be skilled in stakeholder engagement and have a strong understanding of site operations and construction processes.
