**Job Overview:**
The GEO Operations Specialist role is a key position within the organization, responsible for providing direct support to Process Team Leads across Commercial & Clinical products.
This involves managing transactional ERP aspects for production efforts at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for owning and managing prioritized change controls and deviations within the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Main Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support to Process Team Leads, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient execution of tasks.
* Manage all transactional ERP aspects related to production efforts at CMOs, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Own and manage prioritized change controls and deviations within the QMS, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a working understanding of ERP systems and lean/six sigma/continuous improvement tools. Experience in a similar role or relevant industry background is highly desirable.
