We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team in the Accounts Invoicing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting information, updating the database, and performing general accounting duties such as invoicing debtors and creditors, filing, and scanning.
About the Position:
* The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent Microsoft Office Skills to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
The successful candidate will have strong planning and organisational skills, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Invoicing debtors and creditors
* Gathering information and updating the database
* Filing and scanning
