As a key member of the Commercial Excellence team, you will evolve end-to-end processes that enable sales execution, performance visibility, and strategic planning. You'll partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance leaders to design scalable go-to-market structures, deploy analytics and incentive programs, and ensure the commercial organization operates with rigor and precision. What You'll Do Commercial Strategy & PlanningLead the execution of commercial strategies and operating models aligned with Element's growth objectives.Own the development of sales coverage and territory alignment frameworks, balancing opportunity potential, capacity, and client needs.Partner with leadership to inform go-to-market plans through market segmentation and white-space analysis.Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Relationship Management leaders on coverage, productivity, and organizational design.Performance Management & InsightsPartner with the Commercial Data & Analytics team to define key performance metrics and lead the delivery of dashboards and reporting that drive decision-making.Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve win rates, pipeline health, and retention.Build standardised reporting cadences for senior leadership and drive adoption of performance visibility tools across the commercial organization.Quota Setting & Incentive DesignLead the annual quota-setting process, ensuring alignment with AOP targets, coverage models, and productivity benchmarks.Monitor and report on attainment trends, incentive effectiveness, and behavioural outcomes.Recommend design enhancements to sales incentive compensation (SIC) programs that align performance with strategic priorities.Operational Governance & Continuous ImprovementEstablish governance routines that ensure data integrity, process adherence, and accountability across the commercial organization.Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations to streamline core processes (quota, SIC, territory management, reporting).Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and scale recurring processes to increase speed, accuracy, and transparency.Strategic Projects & Cross-Functional LeadershipLead or contribute to high-impact, project-based initiatives that support Element's Acceleration 2029 commercial growth agenda.Manage cross-functional working groups, ensuring alignment, progress tracking, and timely delivery of outcomes.Serve as a liaison between Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Operations, and FP&A to drive strategic alignment and operational cohesion.What You Bring5+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, or business strategy, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights.Deep understanding of sales processes, incentive design, coverage planning, and performance analytics.Proficiency with Salesforce and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to simplify complex data for executive consumption.Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments.Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred.As a Purpose-driven, client-centric organization, we are aligned by our shared Values across our global organization.Our Values:We are always a force for good.We are experts defining the future of mobility.We are driven by client success.
