The role of a Front Desk Liaison is to provide exceptional guest experiences by connecting them to the services they need. Situated in the heart of Galway City, this position plays a vital part in delivering personal touch and quality-focused interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
* Handle internal and external inquiries with courtesy and accuracy
* Manage wake-up call requests and guest messaging services
* Coordinate communication between departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, front desk)
* Maintain accurate records of calls and messages
* Assist with emergency communication procedures when necessary
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
* Previous hotel or call center experience preferred
* Familiarity with switchboard or multi-line phone systems a plus
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
