Overview
Join to apply for the Assembly Technician role at EPS Group in Mountrath. This hands-on role involves assembling and repairing water treatment, pumping and boosting products, both mechanically and electrically.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring sufficient kanban stocks are in place for the sales team
* Assembling booster pumps and water treatment filters (mechanically and electrically)
* Picking and distributing material in a systematic manner
* Testing products prior to shipping
* Packing pumps, parts, water treatment components and associated parts for shipment
* Regular interaction with the sales team and customers
* Supporting branches and the sales team with queries as required
* Maintaining a clean and safe work area while complying with health and safety practices
* Complying with and filling out Health & Safety documentation
* Maintenance of the ERP shop floor system
Key Competencies and Skills
* Excellent attention to detail and self-motivation
* Proven ability to work well with a team
* 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience is advantageous but not essential
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
