We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to fill a critical role within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* In-Store Execution
o Maximize consumer off-take of products and achieve business objectives by effectively executing in-store activities.
* Territory Planning
o Develop and implement initiatives across all channels to support cycle planning, quarterly plans, and corporate objectives.
* Analytics and Resource Optimization
o Identify business opportunities and develop territory quarterly plans using analytical tools.
* Objective Implementation
o Implement full cycle objectives as agreed and communicated by the Area Sales Manager.
* Trade Visit Management
o Plan and optimize trade visits to deliver cycle objectives.
* Inventory Management
o Achieve optimal range and stock holding of brands within your own and competitor in-store equipment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
* Proven experience in sales, trade marketing, and merchandising with a strong track record of success.
* FMC industry experience required.
* Strong IT skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
